Payment Plans

With our various payment plans, you can pay off the price for your event in consistent payments based on how early you booked your event. [Here is an example of a payment plan. If you booked your event 12 months in advance, you would pay a 25% down payment, and then you would pay the difference in a span of 11 months.] [We require that the entire payment must be finished 30 days before the event date]


Our Wedding Packages

We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, and we have three packages that can help you make it a reality.

  • Venue: Designated space for the ceremony. Large event tent for the reception. Accommodate up to 50 people.
  • Accommodation: A 1-night stay in a luxury tent for the couple.
  • Decor: Standard setup, including tables, chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, and standard linen. Includes a table for the couple.
  • Beverages: A selection of soft drinks and juices.
  • Extras: Complimentary parking for guests, use of audio-visual equipment for speeches

Gold: Enhanced Elegance

  • Venue: Premium space for ceremony. Large event tent for the reception. Accommodate up to 75 people.
  • Accommodation: A 2-night stay in a luxury tent for the couple.
  • Decor: A more elegant setup, including upgraded chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, and premium linen. Includes a special table for the couple.
  • Beverages: A wider selection of soft drinks and juices.
  • Extras: Hair and makeup for the bride, complimentary parking for guests, enhanced audio-visual package.

  • Venue: Exclusive outdoor space for ceremony. Large outdoor space for reception, which includes a dance floor, a stage, and a large tent just in case the weather goes awry. Accommodate up to 150 people.
  • Accommodation: A 3-night stay in a luxury tent for the couple.
  • Decor: A first-class set-up, including elegant chairs, string lighting, elegant plates, glasses, and silverware, and luxurious linen. Includes a special table for the couple.
  • Beverages: A full selection of soft drinks and juices.
  • Extras: Hair and makeup for the bride and the mother of the bride, complimentary parking for guests, latest audio-visual package.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your reservation 6 months prior to your event. If you cancel, you will receive a refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee. If you change dates, you will be responsible to pay for any increase in rates that may apply. If you wish to cancel or move your reservation and it is less than 6 months prior to your event, your down payment will be non-refundable, and we might not be able to reschedule your reservation because of the lack of availability of dates to reschedule. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather.
